Lisa V. Taitt-Stevenson

She Doesn't Take the Stage.
She Sits in the Space With You.

And that's where the healing happens.

Lisa V. Taitt-Stevenson is a Motivational Conversationalist who creates intimate spaces where no one gets lost in the crowd because everyone is seen. She doesn't perform — she enters the room, sits in it with you, and starts a conversation that follows you home.

The Experience

What Happens in the Room

Lisa doesn't measure the success of a gathering by the applause at the end. She measures it by the quiet in the middle — the kind of quiet that means something is shifting in someone who needed it.

  • The room feels intimate even when it isn't — because Lisa creates the sense that she is speaking directly to each person

  • People who came guarded leave open — the conversational format disarms the walls people build before they walk in

  • There is always at least one moment of holy quiet — when something lands so deeply the room holds its breath

  • People don't want it to end — not because it was entertaining but because it felt like being seen

  • They leave with something specific — a truth, a release, a decision — not just a feeling

I don't need the biggest room. I need the right room. Because that's where the healing happens.

Signature Topics

Every Conversation Is Customized for Your Room.

01

Change the Root

Why Your Circumstances Won't Change Until Your Beliefs Do

Most people try to change their life from the outside in. Lisa teaches the opposite. She guides the room through identifying the borrowed lies that have been operating as truth — and exchanging them for God's truth that no lie can withstand.

Best For

Women's retreats, church services, healing-focused events

02

Step Out of the CEO Seat

The Positional Shift That Changes Everything

Why does it feel so heavy? Because you're sitting in a seat that was never meant for you. This conversation helps entrepreneurs and purpose-seekers understand the difference between striving and alignment — and what happens when you finally let God be CEO.

Best For

Entrepreneur events, leadership gatherings, VIP days

03

Your Voice Is Enough

Permission to Tell Your Story

Many people carry a story they've never told — not because they don't have one, but because they don't believe it's worth telling. This conversation gives the room permission to speak, write, and release what they've been carrying.

Best For

Women's retreats, author events, church services, creative gatherings

04

Potential Has the Potential

Why Patterns Matter More Than Plans

Potential has the potential to never reach its potential unless the patterns change. This conversation addresses the gap between knowing your purpose and actually living it — and introduces the faith-rooted work of rewiring the patterns that have been keeping you stuck.

Best For

Entrepreneur events, women's conferences, accountability gatherings

05

Let's Talk Relationship not Religion

Walking With God vs. Performing for Him

The conversation most faith communities need but rarely have. The difference between religion and relationship. Between performance and presence. Lisa facilitates this as a fireside chat — and when her husband Tony joins, it becomes a powerful conversation about shared faith, purpose, and building a life under God's leadership together.

Best For

Church services, faith retreats, fireside chats, couples' events, panels

The Motivational Conversationalist

Lisa V. Taitt-Stevenson

With over 30 years of experience in Corporate America — including her role as an Assistant Vice President of Trust Administration — Lisa walked away from a successful career to answer a calling that was bigger than a title. That decision, and everything it required of her, became the foundation of the message she now carries into every room she enters.

She is the founder of Living With Intention Services, which includes LWI Coaching and LWI Publishing. Alongside her husband, Anthony D. Stevenson, she co-founded Healed & Whole and co-hosts the podcast Let's Talk Relationship not Religion — honest conversations about what it really means to walk with God, not perform for Him. A multi-published author, Lisa brings personal experience, spiritual insight, and emotional honesty to every space she enters.

I'm not here to inspire you for a moment. I'm here to sit with you until something shifts.
